Cancellation/Refund Policy
- All cancellations must be done by speaking with a staff member on the phone at least 48 hours in advance of when your order is scheduled to be picked up.
- Please be careful with your baked treats. Refunds will not be given for products damaged by customers during transit.
Do you only offer one size of cupcakes?
No, we also offer mini cupcakes. Mini cupcakes are available by 24 hour advance pre-order only. Mini cupcakes must be ordered by the dozen and include two flavor choices per dozen ordered.
How much notice do you need for an order?
We have 16 flavors of cupcakes available daily for walk-in purchases. Typically we require at least 24 hours in advance for a specialty/custom cupcake order, but large quantities or additional customization may require additional time.
How should I store my cupcakes?
Our cupcakes will remain fresh for 2 to 3 days if stored at room temperature in our box or an air tight container.
Do you offer Keto, Vegan, or Dairy/Sugar/Gluten Free Cupcakes?
We offer Vegan Cupcakes every Friday. We also offer Keto and Gluten Free desserts by special order with a minimum purchase of a dozen cupcakes.
Is your store a nut/gluten/dairy free environment?
While we offer gourmet cupcakes without nuts and/or gluten, all of our desserts are made fresh every day in the same kitchen. Though safety and sanitation are of the utmost importance to us, the potential for cross-contamination does exist. Our kitchen regularly prepares items with peanuts, tree nuts, nut oils and butters, and gluten, and therefore, cannot be certified as a nut-free or gluten-free product
How can I request donations or sponsorship for my charitable organization?
Please submit your request by filling out the Contact Us form available on our website. Please make sure to include a description of your charity or organization in the message section of the Contact Us Form. A representative from Smallcakes Humble will review your request and contact you if a decision is made to donate to your charity or organization.
